Description
Fly parasites are wasps about the size of a fruit fly, and they do not sting, swarm, or bother animals or people. Fly Parasites are used to control flies found in manure on farms, in kennels, or in compost piles. They are very effective against houseflies, biting stable flies, lesser houseflies (95% of flies in manure), horn flies, horse flies, bot flies, flesh flies, face flies, and false stable flies.
SHIPPED: Parasitized fly pupae in wood shavings.
OPTIMUM CONDITIONS: Parasites should be released at the first sign of flies every two weeks until the first frost.
RELEASE RATE: 250 parasites per large animal, 100 parasites per medium animal, and 2 parasites per chicken.
Release must be done on a weekly or bimonthly basis to gain control of flies over the entire season. It is important to release fly parasites on a regular schedule to control flies-starting after the last frost and continuing until the first frost. Timing varies according to the weather and your location.
Customer comment 2017:
“The fly control works great. We have lots of chickens and ducks, so flies are an issue in the coop and in the barn. This is one of the best discoveries since moving to the Niagara Region from Toronto. I found out about fly control by word of mouth from another farmer when I asked him why he had no flies. Thanks, well worth the cost.

I think its year 3 for us with your fly program on the chickens… we used to not be able to have dinner outside for the flies… now no problems!!, Matt, St. Catherines, Ontario
