These beetles destroy flowers and plants! They lay eggs in your lawn that turn into destructive lawn grubs. Stop the cycle by trapping the adult beetles!
Similar to the Deluxe Japanese Beetle trap, except that a plastic bag is used to trap the insects rather than a reusable trap. Includes yellow plastic trap top assembly, one floral lure (attracts female beetles), one pheromone lure (attracts male beetles), and two catchment bags. Set out traps in mid-June, before beetles emerge, preferably in the sun, upwind of vulnerable plants. Did you know the Japanese beetle is the adult of one of the main lawn grubs found in your yard? To gain control over this detrimental pest, you should use traps as well as nematodes. You can find more information on nematodes under Beneficial Insects (Application is spring and fall).
Features:
Size: 69 x 14cm diameter (27 x 5.5in. diameter)
Recommended: 1 Trap/50 linear feet along 2 sides of plant perimeter.
