AAA 16 Gourd Rack

Description

Why use Gourds and a Rack System? Gourds discourage the nesting of English House Sparrows and European Starlings. A properly hung gourd swings in the wind; gourds are far less attractive to starlings and House Sparrows, the martins’ worst nest-site competitors.

The AAA gourd rack system has 2 inch square high tensile 14 foot aluminum pole with an aluminum hub that glides over the pole with the installed glide buttons and the four part rope and pulley system. There are 8 aluminum angle arms punched for gourd hanging holes approximately 16 inches apart. The tiers are spaced far enough apart that martins can perch on the arms underneath hanging gourds. The AAA consists of a 2 piece high tensile aluminum pole, hub arms, top perch rods, grounds stake, top cap, and rope with pulley, rope winder and all hardware needed to assemble the unit. This rack system will hold 16 gourds. Not included. The AAA gourd rack you can choice 16 mounting arms.

Gourd Mounting Arms are solid 3/8 inch aluminum with 3 opening and includes stainless bolt, nut and hitch pin. The 4 styles are:
Vertical 90-used for SuperGourds, Plastic, Deluxe and Natural gourds. The gourds entrance hole faces out and away from the pole.
Vertical Straight-used for SuperGourds, Plastic, Deluxe and Natural gourds. The gourd entrance hole is directly below the angle arm.
Horizontal 90-used for Troyer gourds. The gourds entrance hole is directly below the angle arm. Works best on the inner section of angle arms.
Horizontal Straight-used for Troyer gourds. These gourd mounting arms are ideal for the ends of angle arms facing your gourd entrance e out and away from the pole.
